Thom is Panorama Global’s Office and Operations Coordinator, helping to keep the Seattle headquarters running smoothly and serving as the go-to person for everything from daily operations to technology support to workspace logistics. With a background spanning public sector, tech, and startup environments, he brings a calm, systems-oriented approach to operational complexity and a genuine commitment to building workplace cultures where people can do their best work.

Thom got his B.A. (alongside an accidental minor in history) from Western Washington University and has lived in the PNW for most of his life. Thom is a dual citizen of the U.K. and U.S. Outside of work, you can find Thom getting a workout in, agonizing over the Mariners, trying a new recipe, or reading a book.
