Morgan Wacek is a Senior Project Manager in the Social Impact Department at Panorama Global, where she manages a diverse portfolio of projects that advance social impact through strategic partnerships, thoughtful program design, and effective execution. She supports cross-sector initiatives that foster collaboration, strengthen engagement, and deliver measurable, lasting outcomes.

Before stepping into her current role, Morgan served as Executive Assistant to Panorama’s CEO, Gabrielle Fitzgerald where she gained a deep understanding of Panorama’s mission, operations, and culture. This experience provided her with a unique, organization-wide perspective that she now applies to her work leading projects and partnerships that further Panorama’s goals.

Morgan brings years of experience in executive support, relationship management, and event coordination, along with a proven ability to navigate complex environments and build meaningful connections. She is passionate about leveraging her organizational and strategic strengths to bring people together and drive sustainable change. She holds degrees in Liberal Arts from Santa Barbara City College and Visual Communications from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her two kittens, Arugula and Rocket, exploring new restaurants around the neighborhood and attending any live music event she can score tickets to!
