As Director of Development & Marketing at Panorama Global, Maggie leads the External Affairs and Partnerships teams, advancing the organization’s mission as a social impact accelerator. She oversees communications, marketing, and business development to support bold leaders, build lasting partnerships, and amplify solutions to today’s most pressing global challenges.

Maggie brings more than a decade of experience at the intersection of education, health, and equity. She has led statewide and national campaigns, including advocacy efforts that shaped policy and advanced equity for systemically underserved students and communities. Previously, she was Vice President of Communications at the Washington State Charter Schools Association, where she secured narrative and policy wins and strengthened coalitions to expand opportunity and support for families. She also serves as Fundraising Chair for Perinatal Support Washington, advancing maternal mental health and family well-being.

Passionate about bridging strategy and storytelling, Maggie is known for translating complexity into clarity and scaling solutions that last. A proud alum of Bowdoin College and the University of Washington, she lives in Seattle with her husband and two children. Maggie enjoys the outdoors in every season and is often active on or near the water. She also loves gardening, yoga, reading, and staying engaged in her community.
