Josh Burgner is the Associate Director of Fiscal Sponsorship within the Social Impact Department. In this role, he leads business development initiatives, onboarding processes, and alignment of fiscally sponsored projects with Panorama's broader mission.

Josh brings a decade of fiscal sponsorship and business development experience into this role. This includes the development of a fiscal sponsorship practice in San Diego, nurturing it from its early stages to a robust, nationwide operation. His extensive compliance background, track record in operations, and financial acumen inform his day-to-day work.

Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in international development from Point Loma Nazarene University and maintains a deeply rooted desire to help empower others to reach their fullest potential.

Outside of his professional life, Josh is an avid culinary enthusiast, often found cooking or barbecuing. He cherishes time spent at the beach, exploring new cuisines, and making memories with his wife and daughter in the San Diego sunshine.
