Jonathan Barona is the Vice President of Fiscal Sponsorship for Panorama Global. In his role, he leads a team that provides the financial and operational infrastructure changemakers need to launch and scale their work.

Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience leading enterprise-scale fiscal sponsorship and social impact infrastructure. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Advising Services at Tides, where he oversaw revenue generation programs while leading a significant organizational transformation. Prior to Tides, he held senior leadership roles at the Movement Strategy Center and the Austin Community Foundation, and earlier in his career led national education and scholarship programs at the Hispanic Scholarship Fund.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has built a reputation for navigating complex organizational shifts, strengthening partnerships, and building systems that increase impact without compromising governance or accountability. He brings an equity-centered approach, deep expertise across finance, compliance, HR, and advising functions, and a steady, principled lens for working through high-stakes decisions.
