Ivelisse (Evy) Cruz is a Senior Program Officer for Fiscal Sponsorship on the Social Impact team. She provides strategic oversight for a diverse portfolio of fiscally sponsored projects and leads partner engagement and community programming.

Prior to Panorama, Evy led a program that connected small businesses and nonprofit organizations with pro bono legal assistance. Following a career in academic publishing, she spent over a decade developing skills in nonprofit management, coalition-building, and social justice advocacy.

Evy received her Master of Liberal Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where she researched multimodal urban infrastructure and commercial corridor redevelopment. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Temple University. In her free time, you’ll find her tearing up the dance floor, singing karaoke, winning at trivia, and otherwise enjoying everything Philly’s vibrant nightlife and park system has to offer.
