Deb is the Editorial & Operations Manager on the External Affairs team at Panorama Global, where she manages strategic editorial planning and coordinates cross-functional content development to support and amplify the impact of Panorama’s programs, projects, and initiatives.

Deb brings over 15 years of experience leading communications and editorial strategies for two research centers focused on systemic inequities in public education, first at the University of Washington and more recently at Georgetown University. She holds a BA in English Lit and a Certificate in Editing from the University of Washington, and a Certificate in Education Finance from Georgetown University.

Deb lives in Seattle and spends much of her free time doting on her black lab, Maggie. She enjoys gardening, road trips, and Wordle, and is a staunch advocate of the Oxford comma.
