Amy Endee is Panorama Global’s Director of People & Culture, where she leads organizational development, people strategy, and optimization efforts designed to help teams work effectively and scale their impact. She brings experience across organizational design, leadership development, performance management, and employment practices, with a focus on building clear, sustainable systems that support people to do their best work.

Amy began her career in education, teaching English to at-risk youth before pursuing a career as a therapist. Her early work in social work and counseling shaped her systems-based approach to organizations, viewing them as networks of people, relationships, and patterns. She later transitioned into Human Resources and Organizational Development, where she has led People functions in healthcare, nonprofit biotech, and private-sector organizations, helping leaders build strong teams, improve operations, and navigate growth and change.

Amy holds an undergraduate degree in English and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Outside of work, she can usually be found reading everything from comics to Greek mythology, caring for her collection of rare tropical Anthuriums, or spending time with her kids and fat potato of a dog, Mikey.
