Alicia is the Compliance & Risk Lead at Panorama Global, bringing 8 years of compliance experience spanning multiple highly regulated industries.

In this role, Alicia serves as the central point of coordination for the organization's day-to-day compliance and risk environment. They are also responsible for actively monitoring the organization's operation exposure, triaging and responding to emerging issues, and ensuring ongoing adherence to statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements.

Prior to joining Panorama, Alicia worked as a compliance manager for a financial services company, overseeing 50+ licenses in the North America region and serving as the primary liaison between internal employees and regulators during external examinations.

Alicia graduated with a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she was also president of the women's rugby team. When not deeply immersed in legislative readings, Alicia builds her own custom LEGO models, is in a bowling league, and helps lead a local queer group that hosts monthly game nights, book clubs, and walks in a local park.
