Alexis is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Principal for Panorama Global. In her role, she works closely with Executive Leadership and across teams to strengthen how Panorama measures, learns, and amplifies its impact.

Alexis brings fifteen years of experience leading strategic learning and global programs for non-profits and foundations. Prior to joining Panorama, Alexis managed evaluation and learning for the Skoll Foundation. She has over a decade of experience leading collective action and community development programs in East and West Africa, South Asia, and the United States.

Alexis holds a M.Sc. in Development Management from American University's School of International Service and a B.A. in Anthropology from Skidmore College. Originally from Berkeley, California, Alexis now lives in Hamden, Connecticut with her husband and two kids. In her free time, she loves to visit with friends, go on outdoor adventures, and have spontaneous dance parties in her kitchen with her family.
