Aileena is an international development professional with over 10 years' experience across international nonprofits, the private sector, and philanthropic advising. She has worked, lived, or studied in Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Peru, and Washington, DC.

Her experience spans HIV/AIDS prevention and impact communications at (RED), philanthropic advising at Geneva Global, and business development, proposal writing, and bid management for USAID-funded programs at Dexis Consulting Group.

At Panorama, Aileena works across non-communicable diseases, climate change, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and education and technology. Her work focuses on donor management, grantmaking strategy, partner engagement, and business development.

Outside of work, Aileena enjoys playing tennis, practicing yoga, and exploring global cuisine - Laotian food is her favorite. She is based in Columbia, South Carolina.
