Abenezer is HR and administration professional with over 9 years of experience in the nonprofit sector like International Rescue Committee and CARE USA. He was involved in designing and implementing human resource management strategies, supporting organization development, implementing HR policies, performance management, benefit administration, HR information system and legal compliance issues.
