A strategic giving vehicle of The Panorama Group that provides philanthropic support to nonprofit organizations aligned with designated, priority focus areas.
The Panorama Group — a women-led platform for social change — is comprised of three entities: Panorama Global, a social impact nonprofit; Panorama Strategy, a social purpose consultancy; and Panorama Action, an advocacy incubator. From the beginning, one of our founding principles has been to reinvest profits from our for-profit consulting firm, Panorama Strategy, back into the community, ensuring our work across the platform leverages our full suite of resources to advance social change. This approach continues to guide us as we establish The Panorama Fund, a strategic giving vehicle that provides philanthropic support to nonprofits aligned with priority focus areas.
Our first program under The Panorama Fund is The Maternal Health Equity Initiative, launched in October 2024.
The Maternity Health Equity Initiative will provide $500,000 in unrestricted grants over the next three years (2024-2026) to support partners addressing maternal health and birth equity in underserved areas across the U.S. Responding to the country's rising maternal mortality rates—disproportionately affecting Black and Indigenous women—this funding commitment reflects Panorama's dedication to trust-based philanthropy and to advancing equity alongside our partners.
Guided by research from Panorama Strategy, as detailed in a new publication Advancing Maternal Health Equity: Overcoming Barriers and Seizing Opportunities, the Maternal Health Equity Initiative aims to address critical challenges in maternal health and inspire broader philanthropic support. As part of this effort, we announced the following organizations as our 2024 grantees, each receiving a $20,000 grant:
