Francine is a senior project manager at Panorama. In her role, she manages Panorama’s portfolio of fiscally sponsored projects and supports philanthropic funds to ensure that our teams deliver highly impact support to our partners. Francine’s background in the public and non-profit sectors helped her develop a diverse set of skills in research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Panorama, Francine focused her quantitative skills on managing the budgets of over 20 public charter schools and departments at Green Dot Public Schools. Her prior experience working at the City of Los Angeles allowed her to research resiliency in the greater Los Angeles area and the impact of a catastrophic disaster on vulnerable communities.
Francine received her Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Southern California and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from the University of California, Irvine.
When Francine is not in the office, you can find her hiking in the outdoors or exploring the food scene within the city.
