Leilani Talty is Panorama's Director of Finance. In her role she manages and oversees essential functions for the organization, including accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management, to name just a few.
Leilani has over 25 years of professional experience that span across several industries including nonprofit, manufacturing, agriculture, and media. Most recently, she was the Controller for a commercial lighting manufacturer where she implemented financial reporting software and worked across the organizational matrix to improve processes and cut costs. Leilani has also served as an Assistant Controller at the Open Society Foundation, where she oversaw accounting and reporting for multiple entities—and she is excited to be rejoining the nonprofit world.
Leilani holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family—both human and canine—and most home improvement or arts and crafts projects.
