Marlo Green

Marlo Green (she/her) is an accomplished and multi-faceted Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience spanning various HR disciplines and industries. She has extensive expertise in strategic organizational design, talent management, employee relations, training, compensation, and fostering inclusive and engaging workplace cultures.

Marlo has served in critical HR leadership roles at major global companies such as Sinequa, Brown University, Dumont Aviation Group, IKO Industries, Braskem America, DuPont, Honeywell, and Amazon. She has led HR strategy and operations for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 firms with workforces spanning up to 2,000 employees globally.

Her strengths include acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition and development, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, employee experience, and change management. Marlo is known for her ability to drive HR transformation, resolve workplace conflicts, boost retention and engagement, ensure equitable and competitive compensation structures, and build high-performing and inclusive cultures anchored in trust and belonging.

Marlo has been recognized for excellence in areas such as leadership development programming, DEI training, and crisis management. She holds an MBA and Master’s in Organizational Leadership along with several key HR certifications including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and Six Sigma Greenbelt.
