Lisa Witter is a seasoned political and policy entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of roles and affiliations. She is a co-founder and board member of Apolitical, a global peer-to-peer learning platform utilized by over 200,000 public servants across 170 countries. This platform has been recognized as one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in the World.
In addition to her role at Apolitical, Lisa serves as the CEO and co-founder of the Apolitical Foundation. This organization is committed to elevating the role of a political leader to one of the most respected positions globally.
Lisa's accomplishments extend beyond her entrepreneurial ventures. She is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and a recipient of the Creative Bureaucracy Award. Over the past 25 years, she has co-founded several political training and leadership institutes and served on numerous for-profit and non-profit boards. She currently chair the British Chamber of Commerce's Green Innovation Challenge.
As an accomplished author and speaker, Lisa focuses on leadership, gender, behavioral science, and politics. She is a certified brain-based coach. Outside of her professional life, she is an outdoor enthusiast who regularly co-leads climate learning expeditions in the Arctic. She also has a passion for fun fashion and disco dancing, with a particular fondness for dresses and 70's jumpsuits. Lisa aspires to try her hand at stand-up comedy, although she admits to being unsure of her humor.
