Kaitlin Goodman is a Program Officer at Panorama Strategy, where she brings a breadth of analytic, research, and communication skills and a decade of public health experiene. In her role, Kaitlin supports partners on stakeholder engagement, strategy development, and advocacy.
Most recently, Kaitlin was a Health Policy Consultant at Faulkner Consulting Group (FCG) supporting US health system transformation work. At FCG, Kaitlin provided analytic, policy, and operational support to state Departments of Health, state Medicaid and Human Services agencies, and accountable care organizations. Her projects included evaluating sustainability strategies for chronic disease prevention programs, developing a maternity care value-based payment program, and designing interventions to address housing instability and food insecurity, among others.
Prior to her time at FCG, Kaitlin supported program evaluation efforts at the Rhode Island Department of Health and led wellness program design and implementation at a health technology startup. Her field experience includes conducting research in Cape Town, South Africa, analyzing barrier and facilitators to primary care access in low-resource settings.
Kaitlin holds a Master of Public Health from Brown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
When not working, Kaitlin is most likely running. She spent the past decade as a pro distance runner, representing Team USA in cross-country and competing in the 2016 and 2020 Olympic Trials in the marathon. As a passionate advocate for safer streets for runners, pedestrians, and cyclists, Kaitlin spends her free time volunteering with Safe on the Road. She is a proud dog mom to a chocolate lab, Moose.
