Jill Laumbacher serves as Director of Sponsored Projects on Panorama Global’s Social Impact Team. In this role, Jill leads a team of Program Officers and Portfolio Managers dedicated to supporting Panorama’s fiscally sponsored partners.
Prior to joining Panorama in 2022, Jill worked as an Associate Director on Arabella Advisors’ managed organizations team, providing high-touch fiscal sponsorship account management to a multi-million-dollar portfolio of 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) projects working to expand election access, pass progressive economic and climate policy, and protect democracy. Jill’s professional interests include demystifying nonprofit compliance, innovating across multi-entity initiatives, and supporting partners in building out an efficient and strategic operations infrastructure for wherever they are in their lifecycle.
Jill holds a BA in Global Studies and Economics from North Central College and an MA in International Affairs from Marquette University. In her free time, Jill loves to snowboard and hike in her home state of Colorado, dabble in arts and crafts, and listen to current events podcasts.
