Ishrat Sanjida

Ishrat is a Project Manager in the Social Impact Department at Panorama Global. In this role, she handles the project management of a diverse portfolio, including the Ending Child Marriage Partnership (ECMP), Community Learning for Impact Philanthropy (CLIP), and the Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Community Fund, ensuring impactful support for philanthropic donors, nonprofit grantees, and T1D-focused organizations.

Ishrat is a mission-driven and collaborative leader who brings seven years of experience to Panorama. She successfully implemented four government-funded programs at the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX), a non-profit organization, and recently supported global partner grantees and grantmaking at the Luminate Foundation.

Ishrat holds a master’s degree in international relations from SOAS, University of London, and a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. She has lived in Washington, D.C., Columbus, Ohio, the UK, and Bangladesh, and has traveled to Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, Peru, and Spain. She speaks Bengali and Spanish.

In her free time, Ishrat enjoys cycling, cooking, reading non-fiction, and connecting with diverse people and cultures.
