Riley Glandon is the Director Social Impact at Panorama Global. In this role, she leads a dynamic team and diverse portfolio of social impact projects related to global health, human rights, and gender equity. With a focus on systems change, Riley leads program design and builds strategies to strengthen the infrastructure of the social impact sector and support interconnected issue areas and sectors.
Riley is a problem solver with over a decade of experience in strategy development, portfolio management, strategic partnerships, and advocacy. Before joining Panorama, Riley worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on the Global Policy Advocacy team focusing on family planning, maternal newborn child health, and gender equality. She also worked with the Life Sciences Partnership team focusing on strategic private sector engagement in global health. Before the Gates Foundation, Riley lived in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, teaching English and spent time working at the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions.
Riley received her Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Gender Studies from the University of Washington.
