Riley Glandon is a Senior Program Officer of Scalable Solutions at Panorama. In her role, she manages Panorama’s portfolio of fiscally sponsored projects and collaborative funds focused on a range of global health topics. Through cultivating dynamic partnerships and facilitating collaboration, she works to empower organizations to do their mission critical work. Riley is a problem solver with experience in strategy development, portfolio management, strategic partnerships, and advocacy.
Riley comes to Panorama from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where she most recently worked on the Global Policy Advocacy team focusing on family planning, maternal newborn child health, and gender equality. She also worked with the Life Sciences Partnership team focusing on strategic private sector engagement in global health. Prior to the Gates Foundation, Riley lived in Phnom Penh, Cambodia teaching English and spent time working at the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions.
Riley received her Master of Public Administration and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Gender Studies from the University of Washington. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, you can find her trail running, hiking the cascades, or camping.
