Edlín Maldonado-Fuller is a Portfolio Manager within the Social Impact Department. In this role, she manages Panorama’s portfolio of fiscally sponsored collaboratives and networks to ensure high-impact support for partners.
Edlín joins Panorama with over a decade of experience with diverse nonprofit organizations, including grantmaking, public health consulting, and evaluation & research firms. She has raised over $5 million in federal and private funds, led community collaboratives, managed a multi-year, multi-site research study, and collaborated directly with clients to foster health behavior changes. Edlín enjoys moving between detail-oriented tactics and high-level strategic thinking to co-create solutions.
Edlín holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has also earned two graduate degrees from St. Mary’s University – Master of Arts in International Relations and a Master of Business Administration.
Raised in Texas, and now in Ohio, you'll usually find Edlín wrapped in a blanket trying to stay warm or seeking out the sun. She can often be found exploring the Cincinnati region with her family.
