Claire Healy is a Program Officer for Fiscal Sponsorship within Panorama's Social Impact Department. Building on her experience as a relationship manager, she now supports Portfolio Managers to ensure that teams deliver high-impact support to fiscally sponsored projects. Claire is thrilled to drive operational excellence and nurture collaborative partnerships.
Claire comes to Panorama with over 7 years of experience working for the City of Philadelphia where she managed the largest AmeriCorps VISTA program in Pennsylvania for the Mayor’s Office of Civic Engagement and Volunteer Service. Claire has worn many hats while supporting 50+ anti-poverty initiatives across Philadelphia from grants manager to volunteer recruiter and is passionate about centering equity in processes and policies. Claire received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Elon University in North Carolina. She lives in Central Oregon with her partner, dog, and the occasional foster kittens.
