Cindy Jones is the Senior Business Systems and Operations Manager on Panorama’s Finance and Operations team. In this role, she serves as a strategic partner to ensure we have the right technology, security, and processes in place for the smooth functioning and continued growth of the organization.
Cindy has an extensive background in nonprofit management, leadership, technology, and operations. Prior to Panorama, she managed the IT Operations at a nationwide cancer nonprofit for 11 years. She has also traveled internationally during her undergraduate and graduate degree to South Korea and Tanzania to partner with city government and local NGOs. This sparked her passion for global work. She went on to lead a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty for families in Uganda.
Cindy received her BA in Psychology and Public Service from Rutgers University and her MPA specializing in nonprofit management from Rutgers University School of Public Affairs and Administration.
In her free time, Cindy enjoys traveling the world and has a dream to visit every continent. She also likes trying new foods, practicing yoga, and spending time with her cat and dog.
