Angelina Gonzalez is the Senior Manager, Grants & Contracts within Panorama’s Grants, Contracts & Compliance department. In this role, she provides oversight for end-to-end grant and contract administration, advises on compliance and risk issues presented by contractual agreements, and supports continuous improvement for GCC systems, policy and process development.
She brings a decade of grants management and compliance experience from within the philanthropic and fiscal sponsorship sectors, including at First 5 LA, Community Partners, and The California Endowment, where she has proven leadership and technical expertise in complex grant & contract administration, compliance, and operational infrastructure/systems building and process improvement.
Angelina has a BA in Economics and Sociology from UCLA and a Master’s in History from Mount St. Mary's University. She is a proud alum of Coro’s Women in Leadership program and Hispanics in Philanthropy’s Lideres program.
In her free time, Angelina can be found watering her many house plants and vegetable garden while listening to true crime podcasts, baking for friends and family, or checking off books from her extensive to-be-read list.
