Tina Ferguson is a project manager, analyst and strategist who believes that collaboration and the power of listening are crucial for sustainable change. Her focus is on turning insight into action by providing the structures that drive momentum and ultimately achieve positive impact.
Tina has worked across the corporate, public and philanthropic sectors in the United States and Australia, collaborating with stakeholders at every level to efficiently realize business goals ranging from technology evangelism to funding student scholarships. Most recently, she consulted with Microsoft’s U.S. sales leadership to deliver content and messaging at scale, overseeing more than $1 billion in supported revenue with 50% year-on-year growth.
Prior to Microsoft, Tina worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation supporting cross-cutting portfolios, including user-centered design, private sector health, and HIV self-testing. Tina’s background is diverse, from advancing corporate initiatives and advocating for the arts to promoting equality through educational access. This unique perspective allows her to develop innovative approaches to complex issues.
Tina completed her master’s degree in international development at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, graduating with distinction, and studied linguistics at the University of Washington in Seattle. She is a certified Project Management Professional.
