Katie Latham is the Senior Program Officer of the Accelerating Social Change Leadership initiative in the Social Impact department. In this role, she leads the design, strategy, and implementation of a leadership development program that shortens the learning curve for early-stage social entrepreneurs.
Katie has spent the last ten years in the social impact space supporting human capital strategy, leadership development, social entrepreneurship, and organizational capacity-building. Before joining Panorama, she was a Leadership Facilitator at LifeLabs Learning and a Manager of Leadership Development and Retention at D.C. Public Schools. Her expertise lies in integrating equity and wellness into systems, strategy, culture, and leadership development. Katie is a social entrepreneur and founder of Changemaker Careers — an early-stage organization that helps social impact professionals land a new job and restores humanity to the process.
Katie completed her Master of Business Administration at Georgetown University and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Florida. Outside of work, you will find her exploring the D.C. area, hiking, and reading LGBTQ+ books.
